The Water Fast

The water fast program offers 3 options for individuals interested in cleaning their body from toxins that accumulated due to bad eating habits, smoking and overuse of medications. It is the ideal program to reboot your body and mind, creating a clean canvas for better health choices. 

 

9 day fast: Ideal for individuals who cannot take a 2-3 week block out of their daily lives, but would like to give themselves some time off to rest and detoxify. It also serves as an introduction to the concept of water-based fasting & plant-based nutrition. The program is divided into 2 parts; 6 days of fasting and 3 days of re-feeding

15 day fast: A medium duration program designed for individuals who want to give themselves a well-deserved break from years or perhaps decades of unhealthy living. Besides allowing the body time to cleanse, repair, and regenerate, it also offers a real opportunity to break bad eating habits & other mild addictions such as smoking. It is ideal for individuals who suffer from typical diseases of affluence such as hypertension, type-2 diabetes, and/or high cholesterol. The 15-day fasting retreat is divided into 2 parts; 10 days of fasting and 5 days gradual re-feeding. 

 

21 day fast: Designed for individuals who want to give themselves time to recover from diseases that were the result of years or perhaps decades of unhealthy lifestyles. The benefits of a fast of this duration are numerous and often lead to miraculous recoveries. It is truly a life-changing experience for those who suffer from chronic diseases or auto-immune conditions. All 21-day fasting retreats are divided into 2 parts; 15 days of fasting and 6 days gradual re-feeding.

In addition, participants enjoy morning meditations, yoga, sound therapy, sunset walks, educational lectures on nutrition and wellness.
